Contains hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) produced recombinantly in yeast. Adjuvant – aluminum salts. Three-dose schedule (0-1-6 months) achieves protective titers (anti-HBs ≥10 mIU/mL) in 95% of adults, 50-70% in immunocompromised. Lifelong immunity after full series.

Hepatitis B during breastfeeding. Per CDC ACIP 2024 and SEGO 2023, fully compatible. If unvaccinated and in a risk group (healthcare worker, HBV+ partner, HIV+), vaccinate without interrupting breastfeeding.
