About this calculator
Paracetamol: 10–15 mg/kg per dose, q4–6h, max 4 doses/day, daily ceiling 75 mg/kg (max 4 g). Ibuprofen: 5–10 mg/kg per dose, q6–8h, max 4 doses/day, daily ceiling 40 mg/kg (max 1.2 g).
