Your medicines and supplements in one summary

Enter 2 to 15 medicines and supplements you take. The summary shows documented pair interactions and the additive load of the whole list across 15 risk groups: serotonergic agents, bleeding risk, QT prolongation, sedation, potassium, nephrotoxicity and more.

Example with a generic list

SertralineTramadolMirtazapineIbuprofenEnalaprilSpironolactone
  • majorSerotonergic agents – three: sertraline, tramadol, mirtazapine. Additive risk of serotonin syndrome
  • majorPotassium: enalapril and spironolactone raise potassium at the same time
  • majorBleeding risk: sertraline plus ibuprofen
  • moderateSedation: two CNS-depressant substances

The list is generic, assembled for illustration. The summary gives reference information about a set of substances, not an analysis of your own case.

Pair-by-pair lookups miss what adds up across the whole list. Three mildly sedating substances produce no severe pair, yet together they mean falls in an older person. The summary counts these overlaps per group and names the substances involved. You take it to a doctor or a pharmacist: the decision stays with them, the summary only puts the facts in one place.
