Polysilicone-11 is a cross-linked silicone elastomer. A technical ingredient: provides slip, a soft mattifying finish and a skin "blur" effect. No standalone skin activity. Where applied. Makeup primers, foundations, BB creams, day creams with an instant texture-smoothing effect (3-20%). Safety. CIR confirmed silicone elastomer safety. Does not penetrate epidermis, non-comedogenic, hypoallergenic. Pregnancy and lactation – safe.
