Mechanism
Erythromycin is a CYP3A4 inhibitor. Ergotamine rises 5–10 fold, fatal ergotism. FDA Ergomar Section 4.
Symptoms
Digital ischaemia, MI within 1–5 days.
Management
Combination contraindicated.
