This is a functional component, not a skincare active. Its job is texture: it softens the surface, improves spreadability, and helps a pleasant finish. It does not correct wrinkles or pigmentation, and that should not be expected of it. Since it works only at the surface and does not penetrate systemically, its use during pregnancy and breastfeeding is fine. Tolerance is very good, with low irritation potential and low allergy risk, suitable for sensitive skin.
