Same as Comirnaty (Pfizer): mRNA encoding full-length spike in lipid nanoparticles. Higher mRNA dose (50-100 µg vs 30 µg in Comirnaty) gives a stronger antibody response but more reactogenicity. Comparable effectiveness.
