Spanish liposome dermocosmetics from Valencia
77 products in the database · compositions verified against the manufacturer
Sesderma is a Spanish dermocosmetics laboratory based in Valencia. Dermatologist Gabriel Serrano founded it in 1989 together with a group of fellow physicians. Serrano was born in Colombia, studied medicine and dermatology at the University of Valencia, and his clinical practice shaped the brand's formulas.
Sesderma is built around liposome delivery – microscopic capsules that carry active ingredients into deeper skin layers. Around 2008–2009 the company was among the first in Spain to release full product lines using nanotechnology encapsulation, later adding chitosomes, liposomes wrapped in a chitosan shell. The catalogue covers vitamin C care (the C-VIT line), retinol (Retises), glycolic acid (Acglicolic), azelaic acid (Azelac RU) and hyaluronic acid (Hidraderm Hyal). The brand also runs a nutricosmetics range and a professional line, Mediderma.
This page collects Sesderma products with their formulas broken down. Every INCI ingredient gets an evidence rating – tier A/B/C/D/F with a traffic-light mark – plus a note on pregnancy use. Evigrade is an independent ingredient reference, not a shop and not a source of medical advice; here you can see what a specific product is made of and how the evidence behind its ingredients looks.

Sesderma is a Spanish dermatological laboratory with over 30 years of history and its own liposome delivery technology. Whether a given product fits you depends on its formula and your skin. On Evigrade you can open the ingredient breakdown of each product and check its evidence rating.
The brand is sold in pharmacies, dermocosmetics stores and on the official site sesderma.com across many countries. Evigrade is an ingredient reference, not a shop – here you get the formula breakdown rather than a purchase.
The brand makes products with very different formulas, from gentle moisturisers to actives with acids and retinol. There is no single answer – check the specific formula. On each product page Evigrade lists every INCI ingredient along with notes on tolerance and pregnancy use.
