Arachis Hypogaea Oil is peanut oil, pressed from the groundnut. On the label it reads Arachis Hypogaea Oil. As an emollient it nourishes and softens skin, supplies fatty acids and helps support the barrier, leaving a comfortable, less tight feel. On efficacy it is a solid nourishing emollient, not a treatment active with anti-ageing action. Its value is emolliency and lipid input, useful on dry skin and rougher areas. Do not expect it to fix wrinkles or spots, but it will improve comfort and softness. For pregnancy and breastfeeding there is no restriction for topical use.
