Grape fruit water is the water fraction obtained when processing grapes (Vitis vinifera). INCI: Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Fruit Water. In a formula it works as a water base and a mild conditioning component: it hydrates, gives a light toning feel, and carries trace amounts of polyphenols. The antioxidant properties of grape are linked mainly to concentrated seed and skin extracts, while fruit water holds little active material.
