Рифампицин 600 мг в сутки 4 месяца (4R) – один из предпочтительных режимов лечения латентной туберкулезной инфекции. CDC 2020 ставит 4R в один ряд с режимами 3HP (изониазид + рифапентин 12 недель) и 3HR (изониазид + рифампицин 3 месяца), отдавая им преимущество перед монорежимом изониазида 9 месяцев по переносимости и завершаемости. Эффективность 80-90 % при правильном завершении курса.
